L.E.A.D.'s Administrative Manager is primarily used for internal investigations. The four investigative components are: Internal Affairs Investigations, Critical Incident Investigations, Vehicle Accident Investigations, and Supervisor Incident Reports. Since
this type of data is highly sensitive, access to the Administrative Manager is strictly limited by the program's enhanced security systems.
