Background Investigations

L.E.A.D.'s Background Manager is a comprehensive personnel tool that assists staff in tracking new employees through the various steps of the pre-employment process. Background Manager allows the user to record and track the status of the various pre-employment processes such as written and physical agility tests, oral interviews, medical examinations, polygraph test, psychological screening, and background investigation. A
color coded system allows the viewer to quickly identify the status of any applicant hiring or promotional process. The Microsoft friendly environment allows the investigators to attach relevant case files in various formats such as Word, Excel, and Visio. Additionally, digital photos, video files, and sound files can be attached.
