Field Training Management
L.E.A.D.'s Field Training Manager is an excellent tool to assist an agency in the management of its field training program. This module enables the user to track each trainee from the beginning to the end of an agency's POST or STC approved training program. Users can monitor the current status of each trainee and/or trainer in a program. Supervisors are able to review
demographic data such as ethnicity and gender breakdowns of the trainees and trainers. Additionally, the viewer can review program statistics by bureau, division, area, sectors, beats, or by watch. Once the demographic and statistical data has been reviewed, it can be easily printed in color charts and reports by a simple point and click.
