L.E.A.D.'s Workforce Manager is a staffing tool designed to provide managers with up to the moment personnel staffing reports. This highly interactive module allows the user to review staffing data in a variety of views such as overall staffing, staffing by bureau/division, by areas of assignment, by rank/title, or by
budgets to name a few. Workforce Manager allows the user to design customized views of staffing data. Workforce Manager also provides assignment tracking and history. The transfer of personnel is as easy as drag and drop. In addition, transfer notifications are generated with the click of the mouse.
